The firm represents Fortune 500 companies in complex litigation, regulatory, and government-facing matter. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex healthcare-related disputes, including civil litigation, class actions, commercial disputes, and arbitrations with well-regarded partners in a national practice. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"819\"><strong data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"817\">Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"1254\">\n<li data-section-id=\"23t2qx\" data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"918\">Handle all phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, and motion practice<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"101q597\" data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"1008\">Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other case-related materials<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1clptc7\" data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1093\">Support case strategy development for complex healthcare and commercial disputes<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"nni08k\" data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1184\">Collaborate with partners and clients on high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1kt11qm\" data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1254\">Manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1277\"><strong data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1275\">Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1651\">\n<li data-section-id=\"9v52ab\" data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1372\">2-5+ years of litigation experience with interest in or exposure to healthcare litigation; prior healthcare experience is a plus but not required<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wwuwjf\" data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1533\">Strong research, writing, and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1uze1u9\" data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1568\">Excellent academic credentials<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"k7cye\" data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1651\">Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility for admission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1990\"><strong data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1681\">Compensation &amp; Benefits:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1684\" \/> This position offers a competitive salary range of $225,000-$320,000, along with a discretionary bonus.
