This person will translate long-term strategic planning into accurate, actionable short-term forecasting for a large contact center environment.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll create short-term forecasts, analyze trends, build BI reporting, and collaborate with senior planners to optimize staffing and service levels. The ideal candidate is analytical, independent, process\u2011oriented, and a clear communicator who contributes ideas and drives improvements.<\/p>\n<p>This role follows a hybrid schedule with one day required onsite day per week, with full training and strong long\u2011term potential.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3 id=\"shorttermforecastingstaffingplanning\"><strong>Short-Term Forecasting &amp; Staffing Planning<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build daily and weekly short-term forecasts using historical data, trends, and long\u2011range plans.<\/li>\n<li>Develop interval-level staffing plans to determine coverage for shifts, breaks, lunches, overtime, and time\u2011off.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"servicelevelcapacitysupport\"><strong>Service Level &amp; Capacity Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify peak intervals or potential coverage gaps and recommend proactive solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze variances from planned volumes or staffing levels and help drive corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"performanceinteractionanalysis\"><strong>Performance &amp; Interaction Analysis<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate agent expectations and workflows across different interaction types.<\/li>\n<li>Create or refine performance indicators for handle times, volume trends, and productivity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"processinnovationbestpractices\"><strong>Process Innovation &amp; Best Practices<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Recommend improvements and new approaches for forecasting and scheduling in an omnichannel environment.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with senior planners and the P3 team to streamline and elevate workforce management processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"reportingbusinessintelligencedevelopment\"><strong>Reporting &amp; Business Intelligence Development<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build actionable BI and Tableau reports to surface trends and improve decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage combined or new data sources to enhance visibility into labor shrinkage, capacity, and operational metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 id=\"requiredskillsqualifications\"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advanced Excel proficiency<\/strong> (complex formulas, models, forecasting).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>workforce forecasting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills;
