This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing day-to-day operations with higher-level financial responsibilities.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time, on-site position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process invoices and purchase orders within the ERP system<\/li>\n<li>Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain fixed asset records and schedules<\/li>\n<li>Perform general ledger postings and account maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Support purchasing processes and ensure SOP compliance<\/li>\n<li>Manage vendor documentation (W-9s, insurance certificates, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Assist with state and federal tax filings <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle accounting with hands-on responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite\/Word\/Excel<\/li>\n<li>Prior working experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or a similar ERP system<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required;
