This is a <strong>fully onsite position<\/strong> and will play a critical role in strengthening the organization&#8217;s HR compliance function. The ideal candidate brings strong HR fundamentals, a compliance-focused mindset in prior roles.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, update, and maintain employee handbooks to ensure ongoing compliance<\/li>\n<li>Manage workers&#8217; compensation and unemployment claims<\/li>\n<li>Support and administer employee leaves, including:\n<ul>\n<li>FMLA<\/li>\n<li>ADA accommodations<\/li>\n<li>Leaves of absence (LOA)<\/li>\n<li>Family leave programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a compliance resource for the HR team, addressing gaps related to:\n<ul>\n<li>Employment law and regulatory compliance<\/li>\n<li>ADA and FMLA requirements<\/li>\n<li>Leave administration best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with HR team members to support consistent and compliant HR operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Experience &amp; Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of human resources experience required<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in HR compliance<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with:\n<ul>\n<li>Employee handbook maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Workers&#8217;
