This role holds full responsibility for operational performance, profitability, and growth, leading through a team of District Leaders and General Managers to deliver consistent results across all markets.<\/p>\n<p>This leader drives revenue growth, margin improvement, and EBITDA performance while strengthening sales execution, customer experience, safety, and operational discipline. The role partners cross\u2011functionally and uses data\u2011driven decision\u2011making to scale best practices, improve performance, and support market expansion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Focus Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Division\u2011wide P&amp;L ownership and financial performance<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and development of District Leaders and General Managers<\/li>\n<li>Revenue growth, market expansion, and sales execution<\/li>\n<li>Operational consistency, safety culture, and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li>Customer experience, retention, and service quality<\/li>\n<li>Cross\u2011functional collaboration across HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required;
