Professional services firm in downtown Pittsburgh in search of a Recruiter to join their team. Searching for an individual with full cycle recruiting experience in a professional services environment, ATS knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This company offers competitive pay and schedule flexibility.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n

– Develop and execute recruiting strategies for salaried positions<\/p>\n

– Manage all aspects of the recruiting life cycle including sourcing, candidate identification, offer negotiations, onboarding, etc. <\/p>\n

– Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies<\/p>\n

– Counsel management on recruiting related issues<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience<\/p>\n

– ATS or HRIS experience <\/p>\n

– Knowledge of employment law <\/p>\n

– Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
