Act as a witness at court hearings on behalf of the Company. Also support claim set-ups and other administrative claim functions. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\"> <\/span><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Responsibilities: <\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Investigate and analyze matters for recovery (subrogation,  liability, motor vehicle, personal injury ,property damage, general liability, recovery and other claims filed by or against the Company. Settle, adjust or deny claims. Gather evidence for hearings, trials, and other dispositions through visual inspections, photographs, interviewing and questioning witnesses. Examine and analyze records and reports. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to investigations. Confer with engineers, contractors, attorney(s) and claimants to determine the extent of property damage claims, recommend action to be taken for settlement. Coordinate reimbursement, repair and\/or replacement activities between claimants and contractors. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Testify and represent the Company at court hearings regarding claims cases.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Collect funds from persons who have damaged Company property by locating them, negotiating settlements and arranging billing correspondence. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\"><strong>Experience: <\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Required: 3+ years of claims administration investigation, liability analysis, case management for a insurance companies such as State Farm, GEICO, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, etc. or self-insured company.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Preferred: Experience in subrogation, multi-line (personal and commercial lines) casualty claims investigation, liability analysis and case management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Ability to work autonomously with little supervision. A high degree of responsiveness, thoroughness, attention to detail and accuracy in investigating, analyzing and evaluating claims.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Exhibit tact and diplomacy in communicating  with claimants, internal and external attorneys, insurance companies and testifying at court hearings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Excellent oral and written communication skills, and be highly organized with solid time management skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Skillful in personal contacts when conducting investigations, communicating  with customers, the news media and the courts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;
