This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and client-facing experience.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (civil or structural)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years of relevant structural engineering experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience progressing beyond mid-level engineering responsibilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Key Skills &amp;
