$26-$29\/hr &#8211; Rockville, MD"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1456256DC-Temp_1776967016\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Part time HR Generalist to join their team on a <strong>temporary to permanent<\/strong> basis in Rockville, Maryland.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Job:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to support full\u2011cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Post job advertisements, review applications, and conduct phone screens <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews via Zoom, including panel logistics <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support employee benefits administration, including enrollments and employee inquiries <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate records within HRIS and SharePoint <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support additional HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foundational knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Detail\u2011oriented, service\u2011driven, and comfortable in a fast\u2011paced environment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About The Position:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start Date: Early May <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>$26-$29\/hr  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am &#8211;
