This role is responsible for organizing bid documents, coordinating subcontractor and supplier communication, maintaining databases, and ensuring all estimating activities run efficiently from bid solicitation through project handoff. This is a direct hire role with a base salary ranging between 50-60K. <\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist estimators in preparing detailed cost estimates, bid packages, and proposals<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and distribute project plans, specifications, and addenda to Estimators<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update bid calendar<\/li>\n<li>Review incoming bids for completeness and compliance with project requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support quantity takeoffs and data entry into estimating software<\/li>\n<li>Organize and maintain digital and physical project files<\/li>\n<li>Keep record of all current and past jobs<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing bid summaries and leveling proposals<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate pre-bid meetings and communicate updates to estimating department<\/li>\n<li>Ensure deadlines are met and all required documentation is submitted accurately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate&#8217;s or Bachelor&#8217;s degree (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years of experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or administrative support<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with construction documents (plans, specifications, contracts)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with estimating software (e.g., Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam) is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills &amp;
