Summary:<\/strong>
A Beacon Hill client in the insurance technology industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their finance team in Princeton, NJ. This is a contract\u2011to\u2011hire opportunity offering long\u2011term stability and growth potential. The ideal candidate will bring strong, hands\u2011on AR experience, SAP proficiency, and advanced Excel skills. The compensation range is $60,000-$75,000, depending on experience, with a competitive benefits package including a 401(k) with a 4% company match and discretionary bonus opportunities. This role follows a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).<\/div>\n

Position Summary:<\/strong>
* Manage full\u2011cycle accounts receivable processes
* Apply and reconcile customer payments and cash receipts
* Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and short payments
* Maintain accurate AR aging reports and support collections efforts
* Perform account reconciliations and assist with month\u2011end close
* Utilize SAP to track, report, and analyze receivables activity
* Support internal audits and documentation requests
* Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition<\/div>\n

Technical Qualifications:<\/strong>
* 3+ years of strong Accounts Receivable experience required
* Hands\u2011on experience using SAP preferred
* Advanced Excel skills preferred (VLOOKUP\/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
* Experience working in a fast\u2011paced, transactional environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working in a hybrid, in\u2011office environment (3 days onsite)<\/div>\n
