This is an on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys being an integral part of trial preparation and case management.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Calendar management for court hearings, depositions, discovery deadlines, and motion deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting<\/li>\n<li>Updating and maintaining case information within internal case management systems<\/li>\n<li>Preparing pleadings, correspondence, discovery materials, authorizations, and hearing or trial binders<\/li>\n<li>Filing and serving legal documents, including e-filing and preparation of declarations or proofs of service<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining tracking charts and internal case documentation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating depositions with court reporting services and other third parties<\/li>\n<li>Supporting attorneys and paralegals with trial preparation, including scanning, printing, organizing exhibits, preparing binders, assisting witnesses, and delivering materials to the courthouse as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications and Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preferred Experience:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>One or more years of experience in a law firm or other legal setting (or equivalent administrative experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Benefits:<\/h4>\n<p>This position offers a competitive compensation package that may include paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance options, retirement plans, disability coverage, and other benefits typically offered by established law firms.<\/p>\n<p>The firm is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bGVnYWxjaGkuODk2MDEuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">L08903 &#8211;
