This is a high-impact opportunity to support a growing, client-facing business within a dynamic and collaborative HR function. The ideal candidate is a proactive, polished HR professional with strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and broader HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more!<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources or related field, required.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role in a professional services environment, required.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and employee lifecycle initiatives.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws and regulations.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Proven ability to manage a shared HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Experience supporting HR programs such as engagement surveys, ERGs, training initiatives, and internal communications.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and support reporting and decision-making.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
