Step into a role where your leadership, technical depth, and healthcare impact truly matter-own critical clinical systems, guide a high\u2011performing global team, and be the person who keeps mission\u2011essential data flowing when it counts most, for an organization that is leading the Payer space (Population Health Management, Medicaid\/Medicare).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Position Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Monitoring and hands-on coding most of the day to ensure the issues are working well.<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>60% Production Support\/Monitoring<\/li>\n<li>40% Development in .Net and SSIS as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Oversee production stability, high\u2011priority workflows, and time\u2011sensitive operations, including early\u2011morning through evening processing and SLA\u2011critical activities<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with business groups, compliance, and customer\u2011facing teams to understand needs, lead conversations, and drive issue resolution and system improvements<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to offshore production support teams responsible for clinical, PHM, and MCO application ecosystems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>7+ years experience must be able to be both technical and functional &#8211; monitoring, and also debugging code.<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>60% Production Support\/Monitoring<\/li>\n<li>40% Development in .Net and SSIS as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience with SSIS, .NET, C# for modification to code as needed<\/li>\n<li>Production Support for incident resolution<\/li>\n<li>Understand technicalities of batch interfaces<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication &#8211;
