{"id":124955,"date":"2026-04-27T13:15:03","date_gmt":"2026-04-27T13:15:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/t1456597-phi_1777295703-senior-genesys-cloud-engineer-philadelphia-pennsylvania\/"},"modified":"2026-04-27T17:23:59","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T17:23:59","slug":"t1456597-phi_1777295703-senior-genesys-cloud-engineer-philadelphia-pennsylvania","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/t1456597-phi_1777295703-senior-genesys-cloud-engineer-philadelphia-pennsylvania\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/T1456597-PHI_1777295703\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Location: Remote EST<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>osition Description: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Responsible for the design, staging, configuration, implementation and support of IVR\/ACD scripts<\/li>\n<li>Voice, Chat and Email routing<\/li>\n<li>Administers and supports PureCloud (Genesys Cloud) Experience with contact center technologies (e.g., ACD, dialer, call recordings, WFM etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with integrations with SalesForce Voice Cloud<\/li>\n<li>Performs Tier 3 support, proactive maintenance and performs complex IVR system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Serves as resident expert for PureCloud (Genesys Cloud) capabilities and changes by evaluating\/validating work requests, documenting requirements and laying out design artifacts for implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Leads development of long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future Omni Channel platform needs.<\/li>\n<li>Develops and delivers architect flows, Scripts and IVR\/ACD Attendant scripts.<\/li>\n<li>Handles Move Add and Changes, including user setup.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates effectively with end users regarding the status of their requests.<\/li>\n<li>Remains current on new products, services, protocols, and standards in support of mentioned platforms development and equipment procurement.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in PCI compliance activities as required, including providing evidence for quarterly and yearly audits.<\/li>\n<li>Liaises with equipment vendors during installations, acquisition negotiations, and hardware performance issues, as\/where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Performs Root Cause Analysis of Unified and Telecom Incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts testing ad development disaster recovery plans to detect faults, minimize malfunctions, and backup systems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and identifies capacity and performance issues for telecom traffic to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of telecom systems.<\/li>\n<li>Generates usage and network traffic reports for voice video and messaging systems.<\/li>\n<li>Configures, tests, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots end user unified messaging telephony, and voice\/data software products.<\/li>\n<li>Designs and supports Omni channel applications, including Voice, email and Chat.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates effectively with business line managers regarding the status of their department&#8217;s request.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledges and abides by all Information Security Policies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>6+ years&#8217;
