Someone local to New England would be great but this role is fully remote.  There is a strong opportunity to transition to a full-time salaried role.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Rate: $45-47\/hr <\/p>\n<p>Hours: must be available for 15 core business hours a week with flexibility, this role is not suitable for someone currently working in a full time position. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide financial management and support for IT teams<\/li>\n<li>Open AP purchase orders and process invoices<\/li>\n<li>Manage financial transactions in Workday<\/li>\n<li>Ensure invoices are paid on time and charged to correct budgets<\/li>\n<li>Manage obligation requests, entries, and ongoing monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Ensure annual financial obligations are met<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the Budget Office on budget analysis and forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Support leadership decision\u2011making with financial insights and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Serve as liaison between IT leadership and the Budget Office<\/li>\n<li>Support annual budget planning, approvals, and quarterly forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Perform financial analysis for leases and vendor proposals<\/li>\n<li>Review and validate billing, payments, and vendor charges<\/li>\n<li>Align divisional spending plans with strategic initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Take on additional responsibilities as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
