We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Northbrook, Illinois office. In this role, you’ll support senior leadership and the Board of Managers by managing schedules, preparing agendas, and creating presentations. You’ll also handle business development tasks, including tracking inquiries, managing contacts, and using HubSpot. Your responsibilities will include coordinating marketing efforts with vendors, developing digital campaigns, updating our Squarespace website, conducting market research, and drafting correspondence. Key Responsibilities
\u25cf Provide support for the senior leadership and management teams, including preparation and scheduling of client meetings. Responsible for working with team members to coordinate meeting needs and agendas, assisting in the creation of spreadsheets and presentations will be required.
\u25cf Provide support for the Board of Managers to include scheduling, meeting packet distribution,
and meeting minutes.
\u25cf Support business development needs to include
\u25cb Tracking inquiries and other contacts; add contacts via LinkedIn and other sources
\u25cb Utilize HubSpot as appropriate in support of business development needs
\u25cb Coordinate marketing efforts in collaboration with marketing vendor
\u25a0 Respond to inquiries with appropriate marketing email
\u25a0 Assist in the development of a digital marketing campaign
\u25a0 Update website (squarespace) with direction from management
\u25cf Perform market and industry research and prepare summaries as assigned
\u25cf Draft correspondence, letters, memos, and various reporting
\u25cf Receive and respond to calls from customers as well as sales representatives
\u25cf Participate in goal projects while maintaining daily workload<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Experience
\u25cf Bachelor’s degree
\u25cf 3+ year senior leadership level support experience
\u25cf Must be proficient in Google WorkSpace, and database management. Ability to create exceptional Google Slides a plus
\u25cf Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\u25cf Impeccable organizational skills, detail-oriented with strong ability to multitask and prioritize
\u25cf Proactive, solutions-oriented and resourceful
\u25cf Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with individuals across the company at all levels with professionalism and respect
\u25cf High degree of initiative
\u25cf High level of discretion and confidentiality
\u25cf Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
\u25cf Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing work priorities<\/p>\n
