font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">About the Job:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Responsible for handling incoming calls and inquiries related to billing, claims, and general service support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Conduct outbound calls related to membership retention and new business\/member outreach.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Update member information and preference within the database.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Collaborate across teams and provide additional support to projects as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">About You:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">2+ years of call center experience is required; experience working within a regulated industry is preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">College degree highly preferred, but not required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Detail-oriented with a customer service attitude and empathetic approach to providing support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Strong technical skills with experience using a multi-line phone system and CRM database.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">On-site 5x\/week for the first 90-days, before transitioning to a hybrid schedule of 2-3x\/week in the Falls Church, VA office &#8211;
