This role sits at the intersection of <strong>engineering and creative technology<\/strong>, focused on applying and adapting state-of-the-art AI models (not building from scratch) to real-world production use cases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What This Role Is<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on, <strong>builder-focused role<\/strong> (not PM\/BA)<\/li>\n<li>Mix of <strong>engineering + creative problem solving<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Heavy focus on <strong>experimentation, prototyping, and iteration<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What This Role Is Not<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not a pure ML research role<\/li>\n<li>Not building models from scratch<\/li>\n<li>Not a backend\/platform engineering role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must Haves<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>ComfyUI<\/strong> (building workflows, custom nodes, debugging)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Python<\/strong> proficiency for scripting, automation, and tool customization<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with <strong>generative AI models for image\/video<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>model fine-tuning (LoRA training required)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ability to <strong>debug, modify, and extend existing AI tools and open-source code<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience working in <strong>creative, media, VFX, or production environments<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills &#8211;
