This temp-to-perm role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing approximately 3-4 events per week, managing logistics end-to-end, conducting walkthroughs, supporting on-site execution, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal partners, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a deadline-driven environment, with experience in vendor management, budgeting, and client-facing event work. This is a full-time, on-site role (40 hours\/week) with standard hours of 9:00 AM-5:30 PM and flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
