This role will manage onboarding\/offboarding, compliance tracking, training coordination, and administrative HR processes while supporting both the Head of HR and Chief Talent Officer. The environment is collaborative, fast\u2011paced, and highly operational. This is a full\u2011time, onsite, direct hire role with a 8:30-5:30 schedule and overtime eligibility.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including interviews, background checks, badges, equipment, desk setups, and first\u2011day support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Schedule and coordinate interviews across departments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage background checks and refreshes (ClearStar) and escalate flagged issues to HR leadership<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare and distribute new hire communications and training materials<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Track and archive performance review documentation and follow\u2011ups<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain TriNet employee records and generate HR reports and dashboards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage compliance initiatives such as anti\u2011harassment training and handbook acknowledgements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support benefits questions, open enrollment, and 401(k) communications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist with talent dashboards, headcount reporting, DDQs, and intern\/analyst programs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>3+ years of HR or HR\u2011adjacent experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Financial services industry experience strongly preferred<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>High level of judgment, discretion, and professionalism<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong organizational and coordination skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel &amp;
