The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and confident managing multiple priorities with precision.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft and file organizational documents, including Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Dissolution, corporate resolutions, stock certificates, and merger documents;<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and coordinating the closing of complex transactions such as corporate mergers and acquisitions;<\/li>\n<li>Assists attorney in drafting various agreements;<\/li>\n<li>Incorporation and organization of corporations; drafting memos, correspondence, and ongoing corporate documents; communicating with attorneys and clients regarding factual and organizational issues;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct legal research and compile relevant findings for attorneys;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and develop internal knowledge databases from produced documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Manage contract intake and coordinate documentation from outside vendors;<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a point of contact with outside counsel for litigation-related matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <strong>5+ years of experience<\/strong> as a Corporate Paralegal;<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication skills, and advanced computer skills;<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identifies issues and anticipates the support needs on each assigned matter;<\/li>\n<li>Sound judgment and strong problem-solving ability;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with LexisNexis is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible and collaborative mindset;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp;
