Demand has increased significantly, creating pressure across contract visibility, renewals, intake triage for technology-related requests, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination (Legal, Security, Finance, IT, Product).<\/p>\n<p>This role is designed to reduce strain on the current single-contributor model, stabilize day-to-day execution, and help pilot\/improve intake and procurement workflows-especially as the team prepares for near-term regulatory\/audit remediation and works to centralize visibility into active contracts, SLAs, renewals, and key terms.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Role summary<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>This is a mid-level, hands-on role focused on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Procurement operations and renewals support<\/li>\n<li>Front-door intake triage for technology-related requests<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating across Procurement, Legal, Security, IT, Product, and Finance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is not a pure administrative role and not a senior strategic negotiator role. The best fit is someone comfortable operating in the middle-tactical, organized, and able to apply judgment in a fast-moving environment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>What you&#8217;ll do<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Procurement Operations &amp; Vendor Support (Primary)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Support software and services contract renewals <\/li>\n<li>Process straightforward renewals (same scope\/pricing\/licenses; low YoY increases)<\/li>\n<li>Assist with purchase order creation (ServiceNow-based; teachable)<\/li>\n<li>Document and maintain contract and vendor records, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Contract terms and key obligations<\/li>\n<li>Renewal dates and timelines<\/li>\n<li>SLAs and service commitments<\/li>\n<li>Termination clauses and notice periods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Intake Triage \/ Request Qualification<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the initial &#8220;human filter&#8221; for new technology intake requests<\/li>\n<li>Help determine whether requests are: new purchase vs. enhancement vs. change to an existing product<\/li>\n<li>Identify which stakeholders need to be involved (Procurement, Legal, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Reduce unnecessary reviews that slow teams down by applying sound judgment and routing requests appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with key cross-functional counterparts (e.g., product and legal\/process stakeholders)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Process Enablement (Secondary)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Help pilot and refine intake and procurement workflows as the function scales<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback on ServiceNow configuration and identify system\/process gaps<\/li>\n<li>Support documentation once processes stabilize (future-state documentation vs. documenting broken processes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Must-haves<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4-8 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, portfolio operations, or IT sourcing<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting technology contracts (software, SaaS, IT services)<\/li>\n<li>Comfort working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Security, and IT<\/li>\n<li>Ability to distinguish and apply judgment around:\n<ul>\n<li>New purchase vs. enhancement vs. renewal<\/li>\n<li>When stakeholder involvement is truly needed vs. when it adds friction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Nice-to-haves<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in technology procurement and\/or vendor management<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to PMO\/portfolio intake, gating, or request triage processes<\/li>\n<li>ServiceNow exposure (not required; teachable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Critical soft skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable with ambiguity and a quickly growing organization<\/li>\n<li>Patient, adaptable, and process-minded without being rigid<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and judgment;
