This role is responsible for preparing operating rooms, maintaining sterile technique, and assisting during orthopedic surgical procedures to ensure patient safety, efficiency, and high-quality surgical outcomes in a fast-paced outpatient environment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program<\/li>\n<li>Current Surgical Technologist certification (CST) preferred<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in orthopedic surgery preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and OR protocols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Job Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare operating rooms with appropriate instruments, equipment, and supplies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strict sterile technique throughout surgical procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assist orthopedic surgeons during operative cases by anticipating needs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper handling, care, and availability of surgical instruments<\/li>\n<li>Support efficient room turnover between cases<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia, and perioperative staff<\/li>\n<li>Promote patient safety and adherence to regulatory and infection control standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Additional Information<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Daytime hours, Monday-Friday;
