Apply today to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives across assigned business units.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular check\u2011ins with business units to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze HR trends and metrics to recommend and implement effective HR programs, policies, and solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Support leaders with organizational design, succession planning, hiring strategies, and job redesign decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Training teams to identify hiring needs and employee development opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.<\/li>\n<li>Support onboarding and new employee orientation processes.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to organizational planning and culture initiatives as a member of the management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp;
