The practice focuses exclusively on family law (divorce, custody, support, and related matters) and is known for a solution\u2011oriented, professional approach. Cases often involve sophisticated financial issues, with a strong preference for resolving matters amicably when possible.<\/p>\n<p>This role offers hands\u2011on experience, meaningful client contact, and close collaboration with experienced partners in a supportive, low\u2011ego environment (yes, jeans are fine). The team is primarily in the office due to court and mediation schedules, with hybrid flexibility based on workflow and performance.<\/p>\n<p>Looking for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of law firm experience (family law preferred;
