This role supports the procurement function by assisting with purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and inventory management. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are looking to grow their career in supply chain or operations.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"557\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"165gfiz\" data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"587\"><strong data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"587\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"1289\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1cj4pfu\" data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"687\">Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders in accordance with company policies<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wtwbbw\" data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"773\">Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm orders, and track deliveries<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7hb0w8\" data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"868\">Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely replenishment<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ejvxt6\" data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"957\">Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing, and vendor information in ERP systems<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"180h77q\" data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"1033\">Follow up on order status, resolve discrepancies, and manage backorders<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ernyvg\" data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1109\">Support cost-saving initiatives and vendor negotiations when applicable<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16a2rxi\" data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1199\">Collaborate with production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"yeuayo\" data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1289\">Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining strong vendor relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1294\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"15diiqs\" data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1318\"><strong data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1318\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1832\">\n<li data-section-id=\"m948ol\" data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1424\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"iwy9wa\" data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1544\">0-2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support (manufacturing environment preferred)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ps3pdk\" data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1601\">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"10bv3zt\" data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1654\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1lt4m1e\" data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1748\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
