This position is <strong>100% on\u2011site<\/strong> and requires a paralegal who has <strong>previously attended trials and actively supported trial proceedings<\/strong>, not someone limited to pre\u2011trial or observational work.<\/p>\n<p>This role supports a busy plaintiff-side litigation practice handling a wide range of <strong>personal injury matters<\/strong>, with exposure to <strong>mass tort cases<\/strong> as well. The attorney you will support routinely takes cases to trial and relies heavily on their paralegal for substantive trial preparation and <strong>on\u2011site trial support<\/strong>. Candidates must be comfortable working fully in the office and attending multiple trials per year.<\/p>\n<p>This opportunity is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in a fast\u2011paced litigation environment, enjoys meaningful responsibility, and wants to play an integral role in <strong>trial preparation, trial attendance, and trial execution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage litigation files from intake through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and trial<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate depositions, mediations, expert meetings, and court deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Prepare trial binders, witness files, exhibit lists, and trial demonstratives<\/li>\n<li><strong>Provide hands\u2011on trial support and attend multiple trials per year<\/strong>, including at least one trial currently scheduled for April\/May<\/li>\n<li>Assist with case investigation, medical record collection, and damages documentation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely case information within SmartAdvocate<\/li>\n<li>Communicate professionally with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional administrative and litigation support tasks as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience required; personal injury experience strongly preferred<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Proven trial attendance experience required<\/strong>, with substantive involvement before and during trial<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting multiple trials from preparation through verdict<\/li>\n<li>Mass tort experience is a plus but not required<\/li>\n<li>Strong command of litigation procedures, court rules, deadlines, and trial preparation<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with SmartAdvocate or similar legal case management systems<\/li>\n<li>Solid skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and time\u2011management skills<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ability and willingness to work 100% on\u2011site and attend trial proceedings as required<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>What Makes This Opportunity Unique<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct support to an attorney who actively tries cases &#8211;
