In this role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate heavy travel, and handle expense workflows in a fast-paced, deal-drive environment. The ideal candidate brings prior experience support investment professionals and can confidently anticipate needs while operating with autonomy and sound judgement.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Boston, MA<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: Hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Preferred<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include managing multiple high\u2011volume calendars for several executives with shifting priorities; coordinating frequent domestic and international travel for road\u2011heavy leaders; processing expenses and maintaining accuracy across reimbursement workflows; acting as a trusted point of contact while executives are traveling or off\u2011hours issues arise; partnering closely with another Executive Assistant to divide coverage and ensure seamless support; proactively identifying conflicts or gaps and resolving issues before they escalate; and maintaining discretion while handling sensitive business matters.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of executive assistant experience within private equity, venture capital, or investment\u2011related environments; demonstrated success supporting multiple professionals simultaneously across varying seniority levels; strong Outlook and Excel proficiency with the ability to move quickly and stay highly organized;
