We have this position, and many others, so let&#8217;s talk. Our client is a growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join the team in a visible, hands-on role. The company is located in Portland and is looking for someone to work a hybrid schedule with flexibility. This is an opportunity to get started quickly, avoid a long interview process, and become part of the Beacon Hill Financial team while supporting our client on-site.<\/p>\n<p>As a Senior Accountant in this position, you would be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General ledger<\/li>\n<li>Month-end close<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and reviewing account reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing A\/P activity for accuracy and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with audit preparation<\/li>\n<li>Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements<\/li>\n<li>Reconciling bank accounts, payroll, accounts receivable, and cash activity<\/li>\n<li>Supporting financial reporting and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Working in Excel to support reconciliations and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Various related ad hoc projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This person will have strong visibility with leadership and the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way. It is an excellent setup for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and being part of a growing organization.<\/p>\n<p>If you have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting or related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an ERP or accounting system environment<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please apply now!
