This is a great opportunity to join a mission\u2011driven healthcare organization in a trusted role supporting the CEO<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide high-level executive administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer of a complex hospital system<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, acting with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment at all times<\/li>\n<li>Manage a dynamic and frequently changing executive calendar, including board meetings, physician leadership meetings, and external engagements<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, preparing detailed itineraries and briefing materials<\/li>\n<li>Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and board-level materials with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and executive leadership, board members, physicians, donors, and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Track and follow up on action items, strategic initiatives, and time-sensitive deliverables on behalf of the CEO<\/li>\n<li>Support board of directors and governance activities, including meeting logistics, minutes, and materials<\/li>\n<li>Handle highly confidential information related to patient care operations, financial performance, organizational strategy, and personnel matters<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with other executive assistants and senior leaders to ensure seamless coordination across the health system<\/li>\n<li>Continuously anticipate CEO needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate<\/li>\n<li>Assist with special projects, strategic planning initiatives, and organizational communications as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience supporting a C-suite executive, preferably in healthcare, hospital systems, or similarly complex organizations<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO or senior executive with board-level exposure<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with executive presence<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and executive productivity tools<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build trust and work effectively with physicians, senior leaders, board members, and external partners<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to adjust hours as needed to support executive and organizational priorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2hpYXQuMjQwMzIuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A1440464CHI_1777491170<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1440464CHI_1777491170\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Chicago, Illinois","_application":"chiat.24032.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,172],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":{"0":"post-125157","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","5":"hentry","7":"job-type-full-time","8":"job-type-temp-to-hire"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
