This role will primarily backfill existing HR Coordinator duties and provide dependable support as responsibilities transition while their HR leader is on a leave of abscene. <\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re targeting a sharp candidate with adjacent HR experience-someone with a strong attitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to jump in and learn quickly.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Support HR operations and provide administrative coordination across key HR processes<\/li>\n<li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks including paperwork, system updates, and orientation logistics<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity and confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Help coordinate benefits-related changes and respond to routine employee questions with professionalism and discretion<\/li>\n<li>Support recruiting coordination as needed (interview scheduling, candidate communication, documentation support)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare routine HR reporting, track documentation, and support compliance-related activities<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the HR team on projects, process documentation, and shifting priorities as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, HR Assistant, People Ops, or adjacent HR support role<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to HR fundamentals such as onboarding, employee records, benefits support, or recruiting coordination<\/li>\n<li>Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details<\/li>\n<li>Quick learner with a proactive, can-do approach and strong customer service mindset<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
