This role is ideal for a sharp, detail-oriented professional with experience in human resources, contingent workforce programs, or workforce operations. The position is local and requires an onsite presence 3 days per week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $28-$29\/hour<br \/> <strong>Type:<\/strong> Contract (leave coverage, with opportunity for extension and become contract to hire in 2027 depending on work volume)<br \/> <strong>Location:<\/strong> Local candidates will take priority due to the onsite requirement | Hybrid (3 days onsite)<\/p>\n<h3>Position Overview<\/h3>\n<p>In this role, you&#8217;ll support and optimize an enterprise-wide Contingent Workforce Program by ensuring efficient operations, strong compliance, and a high-quality experience for internal partners and vendor stakeholders. You&#8217;ll serve as a key point of contact for inquiries, systems support, and process execution related to non-employee workforce management.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contingent Workforce Program shared inbox, responding to phone, email, and chat inquiries with professionalism and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Provide first- and second-level support for workforce systems, including Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve complex workforce-related issues by collaborating with internal teams and external vendor partners<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update program documentation;
