This role is highly execution-focused, working closely with marketing, data engineering, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Must Haves<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong <strong>marketing analytics background<\/strong> (campaign performance, audience insights, CRM\/lifecycle, media measurement)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to <strong>work hands-on with data<\/strong> &#8211; comfortable interpreting datasets and driving decisions from data<\/li>\n<li>Proven <strong>product management experience<\/strong> owning end-to-end lifecycle (discovery \u2192 delivery)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in <strong>data-driven environments<\/strong> (data engineering, analytics, reporting workflows)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>MarTech ecosystem<\/strong> (CDPs, segmentation tools, attribution, campaign analytics, CRM platforms)<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using <strong>AI tools<\/strong> (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) with curiosity around emerging capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong <strong>stakeholder management<\/strong> skills &#8211;
