This is a high-impact role for an experienced attorney who can operate independently and manage a significant volume of complex commercial agreements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assignment Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> ASAP<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 3-4 months, with potential for extension<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Full-time<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Fully remote (preference for East Coast candidates)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and manage a high volume of commercial contracts, including:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Master Services Agreements (MSAs)<\/li>\n<li>Statements of Work (SOWs)<\/li>\n<li>Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs)<\/li>\n<li>Vendor and servicing agreements<\/li>\n<li>Grant, donation, and HCP agreements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for vendor-provided services (customer-side agreements)<\/li>\n<li>Independently manage incoming contract requests through a centralized intake system, including triaging and redirecting as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Meet established turnaround timelines (typically 5 days or less) for contract review and negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, particularly Procurement, to resolve contract terms and align on business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic legal guidance on contract provisions, including risk allocation and compliance considerations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience handling high-volume commercial contracting in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills, particularly with respect to liability, indemnification, and risk allocation provisions<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating without established playbooks;
