Accounting Assistant (Entry Level)<\/strong>
We need a motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant<\/strong> to support one of our great clients! Are you someone looking to get your foot in the door in accounting and finance? Do you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and learning from experienced professionals? If so, read on\u2026and then apply! This Accounting Assistant would be working on an onsite schedule in the Raleigh, NC area.<\/p>\n

As the Accounting Assistant<\/strong> you would be responsible for:
* Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
* Entering invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
* Supporting the accounting team with reconciliations and data entry
* Assisting with expense reports and basic reporting
* Maintaining organized documentation and financial files
* Communicating with vendors and internal departments as needed
* Supporting the team during month-end close
* Various ad hoc projects<\/p>\n

You will partner and work alongside a respectable, dedicated group who very much enjoys working together.<\/p>\n

To be considered for this role you would need to have:
* 0-2 years of accounting, finance, or office support experience
* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
* Basic Excel skills and comfort working with spreadsheets
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good communication and teamwork skills<\/p>\n
