Do you want to work without being micromanaged? Would you like to work a standard, very little overtime, stress free engagement? Read on\u2026and then apply! This Controller would be working on an onsite schedule in the Raleigh NC area. <\/p>\n<p><strong> As the Interim Controller you would be responsible for:  <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rolling up your sleeves to dig into the general ledger  <\/li>\n<li>Oversee month-end  <\/li>\n<li>Perform variance analysis  <\/li>\n<li>Create financial statements for presentation to the executive team  <\/li>\n<li>Manage a small team of direct reports <\/li>\n<li>Various ad hoc projects  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will partner and work alongside a respectable, dedicated group who very much enjoys working together.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>To be considered for this role you would need to have: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of accounting experience including at that management level <\/li>\n<li>BA\/BS in Accounting <\/li>\n<li>Strong ERP system experience (Yardi a Plus)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills <\/li>\n<li>Not for Profit experience is preferred however not required <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please tell us you are interested in this by applying and then taking our call!
