Our client, a growing logistics company located in the Rocky Mount, NC area, is looking for a sharp and dependable AP Analyst to join their team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a fast-paced, high-volume environment that values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"507\">While working as the AP Analyst, you will support the accounting team with responsibilities including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"1198\">\n<li data-section-id=\"b3m7jz\" data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"575\">Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"g52v7i\" data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"651\">Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt) and resolve discrepancies<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16121ky\" data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"723\">Manage vendor relationships and respond to inquiries professionally<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wsgp72\" data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"793\">Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments (ACH\/wires)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"149bpnr\" data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"858\">Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zylk6f\" data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"911\">Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payments<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1clto3n\" data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"976\">Support month-end close by preparing AP accruals and reports<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1k1yk00\" data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1053\">Identify process improvements to increase efficiency within AP workflows<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"3em8yv\" data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1125\">Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"9g253f\" data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1198\">Collaborate with internal teams including operations and procurement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1366\">This is an incredible opportunity with a company that offers stability, growth, and a team-oriented environment.
