This role is hands-on and highly visible, responsible for full-cycle accounting, payroll, accounts payable, cash management, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting experience along with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and improve processes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"485\"><strong data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"485\">What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"1063\">\n<li data-section-id=\"sn24p8\" data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"569\">Own month-end close, journal entries, and general ledger accuracy in QuickBooks<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1icpmju\" data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"637\">Manage accounts payable, weekly check runs, and vendor payments<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"5ffejg\" data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"725\">Process payroll and oversee deductions including 401(k), garnishments, and benefits<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1y2zmwd\" data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"812\">Handle sales tax filings, workers&#8217; comp reporting, and other compliance activities<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1l3b0p8\" data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"896\">Perform bank reconciliations and actively manage cash flow and account balances<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1vb5nbs\" data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"969\">Support multi-entity accounting, including intercompany transactions<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1gcdejj\" data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1063\">Maintain accurate financial records and partner with leadership on reporting and insights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1084\"><strong data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1084\">What You Bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1501\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1j4j104\" data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1147\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"10i41wd\" data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1232\">3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ljw7es\" data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1280\">Strong experience with QuickBooks and Excel<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pi52j\" data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1343\">Background in payroll, AP, reconciliations, and compliance<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ei7t6c\" data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1426\">High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"mmxuv6\" data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1501\">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1520\"><strong data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1520\">Nice to Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1625\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1ecq8us\" data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1564\">Experience supporting multiple entities<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"o2ngr6\" data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1625\">Exposure to 401(k) administration and payroll compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1655\"><strong data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1655\">Compensation &amp;
