This role offers flexibility in leveling (Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or emerging Controller) depending on experience. You&#8217;ll play a critical role in overseeing core accounting functions, supporting financial reporting, and helping strengthen processes and controls.<\/p>\n<p>This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow into or further develop within a Controller track.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Billing, A\/R, A\/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory, and Revenue Recognition<\/li>\n<li>Support and or lead the month-end and year-end close process<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness<\/li>\n<li>Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<li>Research and apply technical accounting guidance as needed<\/li>\n<li>Help maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leadership to develop and enhance financial processes and systems<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting and tax requirements<\/li>\n<li>Mentor or help guide junior accounting staff, depending on level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Why This Role:<\/p>\n<p>This is a chance to join a collaborative, positive team where you&#8217;ll have visibility, ownership, and the ability to grow.
