This system plays a key role in notifying <strong data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"560\">30+ million customers<\/strong> of planned service events and changes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"732\">This is a highly impactful role where you will design, build, and enhance workflows within a complex, high-volume data environment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"732\">\n<h3 data-section-id=\"187pcd9\" data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"761\"><strong data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"761\">What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"1462\">\n<li data-section-id=\"17fstwr\" data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"897\">Architect and develop <strong data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"827\">BMC Remedy workflows and applications<\/strong>, including full control of data flow, messaging, and workflow logic<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"b20tiw\" data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"1004\">Own and enhance a <strong data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"959\">Remedy-based change management system<\/strong> used across large-scale network operations<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"11vhs3k\" data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1139\">Work with <strong data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1065\">large-scale SQL databases (4TB+, 100M+ rows)<\/strong> to design efficient queries, data models, and performance optimizations<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"25j1y4\" data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1236\">Develop and maintain <strong data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1207\">automation scripts (Python, Bash, Shell)<\/strong> within a Linux environment<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"otyb4e\" data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1363\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, performance improvements, and production stability<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"162yyh8\" data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1462\">Ensure reliability and scalability of workflows supporting high-volume customer communications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1oxfx0t\" data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1500\"><strong data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1500\">Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1897\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1oz5b\" data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1596\">Strong experience with <strong data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1562\">BMC Remedy (Remedy ITSM \/ Helix)<\/strong> development and workflow design<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"dtkzku\" data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1704\">Proven experience working with <strong data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1659\">large-scale SQL databases<\/strong> (terabyte-level datasets, high row counts)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fbvxmu\" data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1788\">Proficiency in <strong data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1758\">Python, Bash, or Shell scripting<\/strong> in a Linux\/Unix environment<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"blfyrl\" data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"1897\">Experience designing and maintaining <span data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1895\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\" data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1895\">data flows, messaging systems, and workflow-driven data-end=\"2001\">Experience with <strong data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"1963\">JIRA<\/strong> or similar ticketing\/workflow tools<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ffi3fh\" data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2080\">Background supporting <strong data-start=\"2026\" data-end=\"2078\">enterprise-scale systems or telecom environments. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1u5jv02\"
