The role blends <strong>hands\u2011on AIA invoicing<\/strong>, contract administration, and <strong>select accounting responsibilities directly tied to project performance<\/strong>, cash flow, and close\u2011out. This is a highly detail\u2011driven role supporting multiple active projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>AIA Billing &amp; Project Invoicing (Primary Focus)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, review, and submit <strong>monthly AIA progress billings<\/strong>, including G702\/G703 forms and continuation schedules<\/li>\n<li>Track contract values, approved change orders, retainage, stored materials, and billing caps<\/li>\n<li>Ensure billings align with contract terms, project milestones, and percent\u2011complete reporting<\/li>\n<li>Maintain complete and audit\u2011ready billing backup, including lien waivers, pay applications, and approvals<\/li>\n<li>Respond directly to client and internal billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate billing timelines with project managers to ensure timely submission and cash collection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Contract &amp; Project Administration<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support <strong>project setup<\/strong> including billing terms, schedules of values, budgets, and cost codes<\/li>\n<li>Track contract modifications, change orders, and amendments throughout the project lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized contract, billing, and project documentation<\/li>\n<li>Assist with project closeout, final billings, and retainage release<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Project Accounting &amp;
