This position offers the core work of a commercial electrician-without heavy conduit installs or oversized equipment. Enjoy a mix of remote work and on-site support, using your electrical expertise to support service contracts for Power Monitoring Expert (PME) software, application support, and customer service.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use electrical test equipment to verify voltage, continuity, and power quality.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot electrical power systems and device communications (Ethernet, RS\u2011485, Serial).<\/li>\n<li>Support customer service contracts for Power Monitoring Expert (PME) systems.<\/li>\n<li>Perform on-site service visits, system checks, and customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Generate electrical power monitoring and power quality reports.<\/li>\n<li>Install, configure, and maintain power monitoring hardware and software (Level III &amp; Senior).<\/li>\n<li>Configure and manage EPMS diagrams, screens, and system layouts.<\/li>\n<li>Install and replace electrical meters, CTs, PTs, fuses, gateways, wiring, and conduit.<\/li>\n<li>Configure meters and gateways, including communication and device settings.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot Modbus TCP, serial gateways, and device communications using Modscan.<\/li>\n<li>Perform site and equipment reviews to support new or upgraded metering installations, including drawings and MOPs (Level II-Senior).<\/li>\n<li>Conduct NFPA 70E equipment reviews and gather data for coordination studies and one-line diagrams.<\/li>\n<li>Create equipment lists and one-line diagrams for coordination studies (Level III &amp;
