$21-$24\/hr &#8211; DC"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1457118DC-Temp_1777648434\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Our client, a real estate firm, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to become permanent in Washington, D.C.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Job:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing tours and information about the community <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide prospects through the leasing and application process while building strong relationships <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver high\u2011level customer service to current and prospective residents <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize leasing and CRM systems to track leads, update records, and manage daily activity <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support general administrative and front\u2011office functions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with community events and initiatives that enhance resident experience <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Occasionally support leasing efforts at other nearby properties as needed <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer\u2011focused with a natural sales mindset <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Energetic, personable, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Background in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or sales preferred <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leasing or property management experience a plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Tech\u2011comfortable and quick to learn new systems <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reliable, adaptable, and interested in long\u2011term growth opportunities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About The Position: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start Date: Within the next two weeks <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Temporary with strong potential to convert  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule: 5 days\/week (one weekend day required), 9:00 AM &#8211;
