This includes coordinating all A\/R activities from invoice generation through collections, reporting, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely cash flow. This company offers competitive pay, benefits, and onsite parking!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process invoices, cash receipts, and related transactions in accordance with organizational policies and contractual guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and monitor bank deposits to ensure accuracy and proper documentation<\/li>\n<li>Manage collection efforts for past\u2011due accounts in a timely and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate, organized financial and accounts receivable records<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and support required financial, operational, and statistical reports<\/li>\n<li>Assist with monthly close activities, including accruals and journal entries<\/li>\n<li>Support billing and reporting processes related to usage\u2011based or operational data<\/li>\n<li>Participate in budgeting, variance analysis, and special projects as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/li>\n<li>3 + years of experience in accounts receivable<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail with strong organizational and time\u2011management skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain accurate records and filing systems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ready to take the next step in your career?
