This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in a hands\u2011on environment, and brings strong technical accounting skills-especially around <strong>bank reconciliations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly <strong>bank reconciliations<\/strong> with high accuracy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage full\u2011cycle property accounting <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month\u2011end close activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Review and analyze financial statements for multiple properties<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support ad\u2011hoc projects and accounting clean\u2011up as needed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>3+ years of property accounting experience<\/strong> (commercial or residential)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Proficiency in Yardi<\/strong> (required)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and general accounting principles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to work <strong>onsite 5 days per week<\/strong> in the Denver Tech Center<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Detail\u2011oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast\u2011moving environment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If this sounds like you, please apply &#8211;
