$35-$48\/hr &#8211; Dulles, VA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1457540DC-Temp_1777909339\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Our client, an aerospace technology company, is seeking a HR Generalist position to join their team on a temporary basis in Dulles, Viriginia. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Job:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support end\u2011to\u2011end onboarding for new hires, including I\u20119s, security briefings, and mentor program logistics <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with managers on HR fundamentals, labor law compliance, timekeeping, and leave administration <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with recruitment processes and ensure position descriptions are audit\u2011ready and inclusive <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate, organized, and audit\u2011ready digital HR systems <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support compliance with applicable labor laws and government contracting requirements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, benefits support, and day\u2011to\u2011day HR needs <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize AI tools to support communications, resume triage, and process improvements while maintaining a human touch <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of hands\u2011on HR experience; government contracting or manufacturing experience strongly preferred <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience standardizing HR processes and supporting compliance for growing organizations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly organized, detail\u2011oriented, and comfortable working independently <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and empathetically <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable using technology, including HR systems and AI tools, to improve efficiency <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>SHRM certification preferred <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a roll\u2011up\u2011your\u2011sleeves mindset <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About The Position:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start Date: ASAP! <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>$35-$48\/hr <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Dulles, VA;
