Onsite in Durham location on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. <\/p>\n<p>As our People Operations Partner, you will be responsible for our US entity and assist with other<br \/>global entities, contributing significantly to our operational and administrative HR processes.<\/p>\n<p>Your Mission:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary People partner for US operations, consulting with the business on labor law, regulatory compliance, benefits administration and employee relations matters.<\/li>\n<li>\u200bPrepare and process US payroll in collaboration with external providers and W-2\/W-4 year end filings<\/li>\n<li>\u200bEnsure benefit plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Process required documentation through payroll and insurance providers for accurate record-keeping, deductions, and regular reconciliation of benefit statements.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the main point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and employment verifications.<\/li>\n<li>Perform all end-of-year benefit and compliance testing.<\/li>\n<li>\u200bPerform audits and HR reporting<\/li>\n<li>\u200bConduct bi-weekly first-day onboarding for all U.S. new hires.<\/li>\n<li>\u200bComplete new hire paperwork, including creating profiles in ADP, verifying I-9 documentation, and managing other new hire files.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with our Total Rewards team and the benefits brokers to negotiate and conduct annual Open Enrollment.<\/li>\n<li>Advise management on the termination process to ensure compliance and best practices, while executing the necessary administrative tasks such as drafting letters and terminating accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: This overview is subject to change as our needs evolve.<\/p>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you will need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of US payroll processing, tax compliance, and labor laws<\/li>\n<li>3+ yrs of people operations experience <\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with US benefits administration and vendor coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting audits and HR reporting<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Interest in expanding global benefits expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using ADP Workforce Now<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nice to have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u200bGlobal HR experience<\/li>\n<li>Additional language skills\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YWRtaW5yZHUuNjU3MjkuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A1457472_1777913373<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1457472_1777913373\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Durham, North Carolina","_application":"adminrdu.65729.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[212,192],"job-types":[3],"class_list":{"0":"post-125434","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","5":"hentry","7":"job-type-part-time"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
