This role is responsible for day\u2011to\u2011day cloud operations, security, governance, and Tier 2\/3 support, while also contributing to project\u2011based initiatives such as system upgrades, migrations, and new cloud solution deployments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Cloud &amp; Power BI Administration<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure, monitor, and maintain <strong>Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft cloud environments<\/strong> to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.<\/li>\n<li>Manage cloud resources across <strong>Azure and Microsoft 365<\/strong>, including capacity, access, and service health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Project Support &amp; Delivery (What They&#8217;re Doing on Projects)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Support <strong>PMO\u2011led cloud and Power BI projects<\/strong>, including:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Power BI environment upgrades and enhancements<\/li>\n<li>M365 and Azure migrations (users, data, workloads)<\/li>\n<li>Deployment of new cloud\u2011based tools or applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Assist with <strong>planning, implementation, testing, and post\u2011deployment support<\/strong> for cloud initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure cloud solutions meet technical and security standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Cloud Governance &amp; Security<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the <strong>Cloud Governance Committee<\/strong> to:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Review new cloud application requests and deployments<\/li>\n<li>Help define and enforce standards, policies, and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Tier 2 \/ Tier 3 Technical Support<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide <strong>advanced troubleshooting and resolution<\/strong> for escalated issues related to:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Network connectivity<\/li>\n<li>Cloud services (M365, Azure, Power BI)<\/li>\n<li>Client and end\u2011user access issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Documentation &amp; Continuous Improvement<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Document system configurations, processes, and support procedures for knowledge sharing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Requirements: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Power BI, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and\/or Azure &#8211;
