Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and excellent interpersonal skills are important in this role.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opening new client matters, obtaining information from clients and drafting engagement letters<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with clients and helping them with questions they might have<\/li>\n<li>Drafting, proofing and editing legal correspondence, wills, trusts, POAs, advanced directives and other related documents<\/li>\n<li>Preparing signature pages and serving as a witness for signatures<\/li>\n<li>Filing documents with courts<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling meetings and conference calls<\/li>\n<li>Managing attorney calendars<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with special projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This well-established law firm offers excellent benefits and a friendly and beautiful work environment.
